Your trusted Forged Titanium Flange Partner in China
In the complex pipe network system of modern industry, flanges are key components for connecting pipes and equipment. Their quality and performance are directly related to the safety and stable operation of the entire system. As one of the leaders in the field of forged titanium flanges in China, Wstitanium has become a trusted partner of global customers with its profound technology, advanced manufacturing process and strict quality control.

Integral Titanium Flange
It is forged directly with the equipment or pipeline as a whole, with a strong structure, suitable for harsh working conditions such as high pressure and high temperature.

Slip On Titanium Flange
The neck is short, and only the flange and the end of the pipeline need to be flat welded when welding, which is suitable for occasions with relatively low pressure and low temperature.

Butt Weld Titanium Flange
It has a longer neck, and is butt-welded with the pipeline during welding. The weld quality is high and can withstand high pressure and temperature. For chemical and other pipeline systems.

Loose Titanium Flange
The flange is connected to the pipeline or equipment through a loose sleeve, which can reduce the stress of the pipeline and is suitable for occasions with vibration or frequent disassembly.

Flat Faced Titanium Flange
The sealing surface is flat and has a simple structure. It is suitable for occasions where the pressure is not high and the medium has no special requirements.

Raised Face Titanium Flange
The sealing surface is flat and has a simple structure. It is suitable for occasions where the pressure is not high and the medium has no special requirements.

Male - and - Female Faced
It consists of a convex surface and a concave surface, with good sealing performance, suitable for medium and high pressure pipeline systems.

Tongue - and - Groove Faced
The sealing surface consists of a tenon surface and a groove surface, with excellent sealing performance and can prevent medium leakage.
Advantages of Forged Titanium Flanges
Wstitanium has invested in advanced forging equipment and precision molds, which can accurately control the deformation and dimensional accuracy during the forging process.Through multiple upsetting and drawing processes, the internal structure of the titanium flange is more dense and uniform, eliminating defects such as pores, cracks, and inclusions generated during the casting process, greatly improving the mechanical properties and reliability of the titanium flange. Forged titanium flanges can better withstand various stresses and extend their service life. Forging gives titanium flanges good processing performance. Wstitanium processes various complex shapes of titanium flanges according to your special requirements, and realizes high-precision CNC turning, milling, drilling and other operations. The forged titanium flange has excellent surface quality, which provides convenient conditions for subsequent surface treatment and assembly.

Forging Titanium Flange
Forging titanium flanges, from raw material inspection, billet preparation, mold design and manufacturing, to appropriate forging technology (free forging, die forging, isothermal forging, etc.), to trimming, punching, heat treatment, Finishing Services after forging, each step is closely linked.
Free Forging
Suitable for manufacturing titanium flanges with simple shapes, single pieces or low volumes, such as round flat flanges. Skilled technical workers operate air hammers, friction presses, etc. to perform upsetting, drawing, punching and other processes on the heated titanium billet. Upsetting can increase the cross-sectional area of the billet and improve the internal structure; drawing can change the length and shape of the billet; punching is used to make the center hole of the flange. During the forging process, the forging ratio is strictly controlled. Generally, the forging ratio is more suitable between 3 and 5 to ensure the mechanical properties of the forging.

Die Forging
For titanium flanges with complex shapes and mass production, the die forging process is adopted. Wstitanium is equipped with advanced die forging equipment, such as hot die forging presses, friction presses, etc., and has a professional die design and manufacturing team, which can design and manufacture high-precision forging dies according to customer needs. The heated billet is placed in the forging die. Under the action of pressure, the billet fills the die cavity, thereby obtaining a forging consistent with the shape of the forging die. Die forging can improve production efficiency, ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface quality of forgings, and reduce processing allowances, but the die cost is high and the initial investment is large.

Cooling and Heat Treatment
After forging, the titanium flange blank needs to be properly cooled. Wstitanium provides various methods such as air cooling, furnace cooling and water cooling. Air cooling is fast and easy to operate, and is suitable for products that do not have particularly strict requirements on organizational performance. Furnace cooling can control the furnace temperature drop rate to make the forgings cool slowly and evenly, effectively reducing internal stress, and is suitable for titanium flanges with high organizational performance requirements. Water cooling has an extremely fast cooling speed and is generally used for titanium alloy forgings with special requirements. It is necessary to strictly control the water cooling time and water temperature to prevent the forgings from cracking due to excessive cooling. After cooling, the titanium flange is heat treated as needed, such as annealing, solution treatment, aging treatment, etc., to improve its organizational structure and mechanical properties, eliminate the residual stress generated during the forging process, and improve the overall performance of the product.

CNC Machining
Wstitanium uses advanced CNC lathes, milling machines, drilling machines, grinders, etc. to perform CNC machining on cooled forgings, including rough machining and finishing. Rough machining removes most of the excess, leaving a 0.5-1mm margin for subsequent finishing. Finishing uses advanced equipment such as CNC machining centers and high-precision grinders to strictly control dimensional accuracy and surface roughness to ensure that titanium flanges meet high quality standards. For example, the flatness requirement for the sealing surface is usually within 0.05mm, and the surface roughness Ra value is between 0.8-1.6μm.

Finishing Services
To further improve the corrosion resistance, wear resistance and appearance quality of titanium flanges, Wstitanium provides a variety of surface treatment methods, such as pickling passivation, sandblasting, coating or plating. Pickling and passivation can remove the oxide scale, oil, impurities, etc. on the surface, expose the pure metal matrix on the surface, and form a dense passivation film to improve corrosion resistance. Sandblasting uses compressed air to spray abrasives at high speed onto the surface of the titanium flange to remove tiny defects and impurities on the surface, so that the surface has a certain degree of roughness, increase the adhesion of the coating or plating, and improve the surface appearance. Coating or plating treatment can be applied to the surface of the titanium flange according to the use environment and requirements, such as anti-corrosion paint, nickel plating, chrome plating, etc., to provide additional protection.
