Manufacturing Titanium Hexagon Bolts

For example, TC4 (Ti-6Al-4V) is used in general industrial applications requiring both strength and toughness, while TB6 (Ti-10V-2Fe-3Al) is suitable for critical aerospace components requiring both high strength and fracture toughness. A 5-axis CNC machining center is used for high-precision forming of complex shapes, achieving positioning accuracy of ±0.005mm and ensuring bolt dimensional tolerances are strictly controlled within ±0.01mm.

Anodizing: The bolt is placed in a specific electrolyte, acting as the anode. An electrolytic reaction creates an oxide film 5-10μm thick on the surface. This coating not only effectively improves corrosion resistance but also comes in various colors, such as golden and blue, to meet personalized decorative needs.
PVD Coating: For applications requiring extremely high wear resistance, physical vapor deposition (PVD) technology is used to deposit a 1-3μm thick hard coating of TiN, TiAlN, or other materials on the oxide film surface.
