5-Axis CNC Machining: Equipped with a German DMG 5-axis CNC machining center, the center boasts an accuracy of ±0.005 mm. Threading utilizes imported Swiss TiAlN-coated taps, coupled with a proprietary segmented cutting algorithm, achieving a surface finish of Ra 0.8 μm.

Graded Heat Treatment System: 18 heat treatment parameter libraries tailored to different motorcycle parts have been established. Using a German Nabertherm intelligent heat treatment furnace, precise temperature control (±5°C) is achieved. The introduction of “isothermal aging” technology ensures more uniform precipitation within the titanium alloy, resulting in a balance of strength and toughness that is over 10% better than similar products in the industry.

Surface Treatment: “Nano-ceramic composite oxidation technology” forms an 8-12μm thick oxide film on the surface of the titanium screw, including a 3μm nano-ceramic layer. This provides corrosion resistance twice as good as traditional anodizing (up to 1000 hours in salt spray testing). Motorcycle Titanium Fastener Applications

Screws in different motorcycle parts face vastly different operating conditions—those near the engine must withstand high temperatures, those in the suspension system must withstand high-frequency vibrations, and exterior components must balance lightweight design with aesthetics.

Engine Body: Attachment screws to the cylinder head and cylinder block are made of TC4 titanium alloy. High-temperature aging treatment results in a tensile strength of ≥1000 MPa, allowing them to withstand temperatures of 400°C. They also offer strong impact resistance, making them suitable for the transient loads of gear shifting.

Exhaust System: Attachment screws to the exhaust manifold and muffler are made of TC11 or Ti-5Al-2.5Sn (TA7) titanium alloy, with a temperature resistance of up to 550°C.

Frame and Subframe: Attachment screws are made of TC4 titanium alloy, with a tensile strength of ≥950 MPa, meeting the frame’s load-bearing requirements.

Suspension System: Attachment screws to the front fork and rear shock absorber are made of high-strength TC4 titanium alloy, which undergoes a special heat treatment to a hardness of HRC 35-38, providing wear and impact resistance.

Braking System: Brake calipers and brake disc attachment screws are core safety components and must be made of TC4 titanium alloy with a tensile strength of ≥1100 MPa and pass 100,000 brake fatigue tests.

Wheels and Axles: Wheel hub screws are made of TC4 titanium alloy. Replacing all 10 wheel hub screws reduces vehicle weight by 0.3 kg, reduces wheel inertia, and improves acceleration and braking response. The wheel axle fixing screws feature a fine-pitch thread design and locknut to prevent loosening during high-speed driving.
